PAYMENT OPTIONS
This year, I am offering several ways to pay. Surely one will work for you! And remember, I have no problems accepting payments if that will help your budget and allow you to attend!
PAYPAL - you can Click on the DONATE button below OR sign in to your Paypal account and click on "SEND MONEY"... choose "Personal" and select "Other". Send it to my email address JMPURVES@MCHSI.COM and simply type in the amount you want to pay.

VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER (if you don't want to use PAYPAL) - you will need to give me a call. I don't want your card number floating over the internet in the form of an email to me. I will add 4% to your payment to use a credit card.
